Efficiently process all merchandise received in the store according to our standards, while keeping the backroom well-organized for easy access in collaboration with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
Maintain the company’s merchandising and presentation standards to showcase our products effectively.
Assist with unloading trucks, processing shipments, managing transfers, and handling returns, all while adhering to our operational protocols.
Deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience by following our defined service level standards.
Comply with established safety guidelines, loss prevention practices, and standard operating procedures to uphold company policy.
Contribute to creating a welcoming environment where everyone—both teammates and customers—feels safe and respected.
Adopt a team-oriented mindset to support various store functions as needed.
Undertake any other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in retail sales, operations, or a customer service role is preferred.
Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs on a repetitive basis, up to 25 times per hour.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 4 hours consecutively.
Willingness to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder or aerial lift as required.
Able to perform repetitive motions for short intervals, up to 2 hours continuously.
Targeted pay range is $17.00 - $24.00 per hour, contingent upon various factors such as location, experience, and the specific position offered. We ensure compliance with minimum wage laws applicable to your location. DICK'S Sporting Goods also adheres to all state paid leave requirements and provides a comprehensive benefits package.
