What You'll Be Doing
Greeting clients with a warm, energetic welcome Checking guests in and out and managing appointments using our POS system Serving complimentary beverages (yes, even mimosas!) Promoting and selling memberships and retail products Supporting stylists and assisting in overall shop flow and cleanliness Delivering a next-level guest experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (retail, salon, hospitality, etc.) Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred Prior salon/spa environment experience a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Passion for providing amazing customer service Ability to stand and walk for 68 hour shifts Calm under pressure with a professional, positive attitude Tech-savvy and confident using booking and sales systems Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (where applicable) Drybar complies with all local, state, and federal background check laws
