Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that's blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits: Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $16.50 and $18 per hour depending on performance Paid Sick Time Off Free monthly services Membership sales bonus Flexible Hours Discounts on all retail products Clear career path to grow as a professional Ongoing training Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position) Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service! Ability to multitask with ease Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system Problem solver - use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk Maintains professional demeanor under pressure Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks Responsibilities

As a staff member on the Drybar team, your role extends beyond delivering exceptional blowouts. We rely on all team members to contribute to the overall success, cleanliness, and efficiency of the shop. Key responsibilities include: Teamwork & Collaboration: Supporting fellow stylists and front desk staff to maintain a smooth, positive work environment. Salon Cleanliness: Folding and restocking clean towels Taking out trash as needed Dusting surfaces and wiping down shelves, counters, and styling stations Cleaning and sanitizing brushes and combs Keeping the break room tidy and organized

Restocking & Organization: Refilling station drawers with tools and supplies Helping to restock back bar products and retail inventory

These shared duties ensure we uphold Drybar standards and create a welcoming, professional space for both clients and team members.
