Kettering Health Dayton, formerly Grandview Medical Center, has been providing care to Dayton and surrounding communities for over 90 years.
Over 20 specialties, including orthopedics, heart and vascular, surgery, and trauma services.
KH Dayton expanded their Emergency Department as well as their heart & vascular services to include an additional catheterization lab and electrophysiology lab.
Partners with Gem City Market to provide fresh fruits and vegetables every Tuesday within the hospital.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Provides assessment of educational needs and facilitation of unit compliance. Assists Clinical Nurse Manager in identification, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of unit activities, projects, and hospital wide programs. The Assistant Nurse Manager reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 3 years of employment
Active RN license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
Primarily pm and night shifts. 3 to 4 nights will be from 3 pm - 11 pm and then varied.
ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC per unit requirement
Demonstrates leadership and teaching abilities

Must be passionate about nursing and teamwork
