We are seeking a Pharmacist for a retail/long-term care assignment in Wooster, OH. This is a 4-week contract with weekday, full-time hours.

Responsibilities:
Distribute medications prescribed by physicians and health practitioners
Provide counseling and information on proper medication use
Deliver superior customer service to patients and staff
Ensure compliance with all State Board of Pharmacy regulations
Administer immunizations as permitted by state guidelines
Perform other customary pharmacy duties as needed
Requirements:
Active Ohio Pharmacist License
Retail or long-term care pharmacy experience required
