Join Our Team at Maui Brewing Company!
Are you looking for a fun and energetic work environment? Our Ka'anapali restaurant is hiring a Retail Associate to showcase and sell Maui Brewing Company merchandise. This position is primarily retail-focused but will assist at the host stand when needed.

  • Job Title: Retail
  • Location: Maui Brewing Co. Ka'anapali
  • Wages: $15.75/hr + commission on all retail items sold in the restaurant
    Shift: Varied (includes evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Brief overview:

  • Actively engage guests to promote and sell retail merchandise
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
  • Accurately handle retail transactions and maintain stock levels
  • Assist at the host stand during peak periods (managing waitlist, seating coordination)
  • Answer guest questions about our products, brewery, and brand

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous retail sales experience strongly preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals through exceptional customer service
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Team player who can support both retail and host stand operations as needed
