The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Retail Warehouse Manager to join our team at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Retail Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the retail warehouse and the setup of all retail sales locations.

Pay Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 - $76,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Manage warehouse team, including assigning duties, training, and coaching Maintain the delivery log, ensure items are properly tagged, and input all items into software programs Oversee the restocking operation and warehouse team, and set up any kiosks needed for retail Report inventory on an ongoing basis Communicate any vendor, quality control, or shipping issues with the buyer and retail manager More about you Minimum of one year retail warehouse experience, required At least two years of supervisory or management experience, preferrably in a warehouse setting Previous experience using inventory management software and other organizational computer application Ability to delegate and coach others Basic math skills No degree required Physical requirements Ability to lift to 165 pounds Ability to pull heavy carts of stock Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, retail, and restaurants at Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and has been the hospitality partner since 1953.
