As a Retail Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that each guest has a delightful shopping experience. Your responsibilities will vary day-to-day, but you can expect to engage directly with guests, manage inventory, and support all departments within the store. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and observe their needs for personalized assistance. Engage thoughtfully with guests to better understand and fulfill their needs. Ensure all products are stocked, accurately priced, and displayed on the sales floor to enhance guest experience. Participate in daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals. Assist with cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining the store environment, and processing deliveries. Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive-Up, while adhering to compliance standards.
