Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting the ideal toys, food, and supplies for their pets. Analyze and compare ingredient labels for concerned pet parents. Fit pets for suitable harnesses and gear. Educate customers, especially kids and new pet owners, about responsible pet care. Manage checkout processes efficiently while promoting our Preferred Pet Club membership. Restock shelves to ensure all pet essentials are readily available. Handle pet care responsibilities, including feeding and maintaining habitats. This physically demanding role involves lifting heavy items (40-65 lbs.) and standing for extended periods.
