As a Retail Team Leader, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service while promoting our Tempur-Pedic products. You will also play a key management role in the absence of the Store Manager, including responsibilities such as store opening/closing and overall store management duties. Key Responsibilities: Manage and inspire a team of Retail Sales Associates to provide top-notch performance. Lead the sales team through all aspects of the sales process, ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to professional and company standards. Continue to excel in all Retail Sales Associate duties. Assist the Store Manager in identifying and addressing any store or sales team challenges. Support the Store Manager with merchandising and implementing company initiatives. Address issues within the sales team and escalate broader concerns to the Store Manager. Serve as a key communication link between Sales Associates and Store Manager. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of retail management experience, particularly with high-end luxury or custom products. Exceptional sales skills in a consultative sales environment. Proven ability to lead, train, and develop team members effectively. Familiarity with best retail practices and standards. A true team player who can both lead and collaborate. Flexibility to work during varying store hours. Comfortable with modern retail software and systems. Able to stand for extended periods and lift items with or without assistance.
