Andrea Folino Boutique and Sangria Bar is the newest concept from the MAF Hospitality brand featuring the beloved sangrias of Folino Estate, as well as a curated boutique designed to create seasonal capsule collections for our guests. We offer a memorable place to mix and sip a sangria while shopping with our stylists.  We are creating memorable experiences that build long-lasting relationships with all guests and staff. 

Job Purpose:

The Boutique Lead is passionate about styling clients and building sales, confident in communication, and eager to be the host of the party! Our team members are responsible for creating a great store energy with a culture of delivering exceptional service, while ensuring all our guests feel welcomed.  Flexible and adaptable to work shifts that meet the needs of the business; flexible and/or consistent scheduling may be available. Comfortable preparing and serving snacks, food items, and alcoholic drinks consistent with the business' standards. 

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in Retail (preferred) 
• RAMP certified (also offered through company) 
• Experience serving and/or bartending is a plus 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commucicate hiring needs and conduct interviews for store associates
• Creating schedules
• Support training initiatives set by Management
• General merchandizing and inventory control
• Connect and engage with guests authentically to understand their styling needs 
• Assist in creating an inclusive environment where our guests (and staff) feel a sense of belonging 
• Drive sales by providing the highest level of customer service, building relationships with clients to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe options 
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol 
• Effectively utilize the point-of-sale system and capture customer information 
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as visual standards as directed by Management 
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management 
• Support sales floor, fitting room, bar, cash wrap, and back of house as needed 
• Ensure the stock room area is kept well organized
• Assist in monitoring supply levels and communicate needs or place orders when necessary
• Ensure racks are consistently replenished from back stock
• Assist with ecommerce site including listing items, shipping & customer service
• Maintaining a cleaning schedule to keep store up to standards
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and securing the premises
• Remain updated on latest fashion trends to properly guide guests
• Establish networking with professionals and experts through participation in fashion events, shows, etc
