What will you be doing?

• Prepare and serve great teas and drinks
• Process customer transactions on POS system
• Help customers explore and learn about teas
• Answer questions on teas, beverages, and accessories
• Clean work area, serving area, and kitchen area
• Restock and face the shelves
• Check in shipments and assist with inventory
• Other duties as may be required
• Ability to work on your feet during shift and lift up to 50#
• Flexible schedule. Some evenings and weekends are required.
• Permanent position- No Summer or Seasonal openings

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Experience in beverage service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently

Job Type: 1 Full Time, 1 Part-time available

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
