Job Summary
The Retail Systems Support Analyst maintains and provides support for various retail systems and applications including point-of-sale systems, interactive kiosks, new store openings, and other retail systems projects.

Representative Responsibilities
Support and maintain all store applications, including production on-call responsibilities.
Troubleshoot, support, configure and deploy Retail Store systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in creating the long-term store system solution roadmap.
Execute test plans and document results.
Appropriately identify risks, constraints, and assumptions.
Work with technology/network teams to maintain and support store systems and infrastructure.
Partner with internal and 3rd party partners to run projects.
Reach across functional group to other members of IT to ensure integration points are understood, supportable and scalable.
Commit to project timelines, due dates and project methodologies.
Travel to various store locations to perform the following: Hardware installation and inventory tasks
Hardware usage evaluations
Software systems overview with store team
Required Education Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 2-year experience in MS Windows OS environment including Windows 10 &/or server 2016, Scripting, Imaging including the following experience:
Retail POS configuration or development
Implementing and configuring packaged software tools
Applying upgrades and patches
Experience with SAP POS (GK) or similar POS software package is preferred
SDLC methodologies experience is preferred
Networking experience is preferred
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to Retail store systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues both independently and collaboratively.
Sense of urgency in resolving issues and restoring full services to Retail store locations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities rapidly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express complex technical ideas to various audiences.
Familiarity with Retail business issues including Retail Accounting, Inventory Management, and Merchandising
Fashion or apparel industry experience is preferred.
Support Desk experience would be a plus
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions On-call support responsibilities that will include some evenings and weekends if necessary.
Typical office environment; office setting.
Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer.
Light lifting may be required (12 lbs).
Some travel required (up to 20%).
This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
