As a Retail Support Specialist, youll dive into the dynamic world of retail operations, learning the critical behind-the-scenes and front-line support functions that power a successful AT&T retail experience. Youll receive hands-on training in product merchandising, inventory management, customer greeting, and administrative support, all while contributing to a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities of the Retail Support *****
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the AT&T retail store, ensuring a visually appealing and comfortable environment for customers and staff.
Ensure AT&T devices, accessories, and promotional materials are neatly arranged, clearly priced, and fully stocked to maintain an appealing retail display.
Greet customers warmly upon entry, directing them to appropriate sales representatives or assisting with basic inquiries.
Support inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, logging, and shelving new shipments of AT&T products and accessories.
Process basic transactions such as accessory sales, returns, or exchanges efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and management, including data entry, filing, and preparing necessary documentation.
Restock sales floor displays throughout the day to ensure products are readily available and the store appears fully merchandised.
Handle customer feedback and direct specific service inquiries or complex sales questions to the appropriate AT&T Brand Representative or Retail Account Manager.
Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding retail operations, security, and customer interactions.
