Compensation Pay Range: $14.01 - $20.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. The Retail Support Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position will also take on shift management responsibilities when Assistant or Store Managers are unavailable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service performance in the retail showroom, ensuring team adherence to customer service programs. Answer phone calls according to company policy. Process online orders, transfers, and special orders promptly, ensuring customers are notified as needed. Manage retail customer returns and exchanges with efficiency, issuing refunds accurately and processing returned merchandise properly. Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced correctly prior to leaving the store. Communicate important messages to the team and manage merchandising tasks effectively. Ensure team members adhere to the work schedule, with any changes approved by management. Perform store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the premises. Carry out other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience: Required: Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: Retail sales experience, especially in auto parts, knowledge of automotive systems and repair, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is a plus).
