Retail Support Specialist Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on various criteria. This exciting position involves collaborating with managers, assisting with sales and customer service, and stepping in to lead during shifts when needed. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service for both retail and professional customers. Oversee customer service excellence in the retail showroom and ensure effective execution of service programs. Ensure the phone is answered promptly and according to company policy. Expedite processes for online orders and store transfers, ensuring customer notifications are timely and efficient. Handle special orders and outside purchases accurately using our electronic order systems. Manage customer returns and exchanges to provide a seamless and friendly experience. Ensure proper invoicing for all merchandise before it leaves the store. Delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks and confirm their completion. Maintain adherence to the work schedule and manage clock-ins/outs according to company policy. Execute store opening and closing procedures and ensure the security of the store at all times. Perform any other assigned duties that contribute to store goals. Skills and Qualifications: Required: Exceptional communication skills. Ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred: Experience in retail sales, particularly in auto parts. Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. ASE Certification is a plus. Fluency in additional languages (Spanish preferred).
