Big Box Outlet Store in Marysville, WA is looking for one retail supervisor to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 1338 State Avenue. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, positive, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
• Merchandising shelves and cleaning/facing store.
• Managing staff to make sure tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
• Cashier with minimal errors.
• Counting down tills and completing closing paperwork at end of shift.
• Help to load sofas, recliners, and other purchased furniture into customer vehicles.
• Set a positive example for your team to follow.
• Ability to switch tasks with no down time in between. (adaptable)
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Superior Customer Service Skills
• 1-2 years merchandising experience
• 2 years cash handling experience
• Computer literate, experience working with MS Excel & Dropbox a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Basic math skills (adding/subtracting/multiplication/division and percentages)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team Player
