Retail Store Visual Merchandising Manager

for our new retail store at

NorthPark Center in Dallas, TX . General Purpose of the Position To create a unique and impactful shopping experience at Fabletics retail stores while supporting business objectives through strong visual merchandising. This role oversees the quality and consistency of visual displays, interpreting brand playbooks to enhance store atmosphere, guest experience, and sales. The Associate Visual Merchandising Manager will collaborate closely with the store management team, demonstrating agility and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Maintain and elevate visual displays across the sales floor. Support window installations and collaborate with store team and vendors. Partner with store and corporate teams to address sales challenges and develop strategies using visual merchandising. Ensure visual impact aligns with corporate direction and store-specific needs. Train store staff on visual standards and practices. Manage visual props, fixtures, and inventory from delivery to display. Participate in leadership visits and support store openings or renovations as needed. Qualifications & Requirements 2-3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mac iOS. Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
