Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, coordinating sales consultation meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of center activities. This role is critical in creating a positive customer experience and supporting the sales process within the regional Medicare Center. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the Medicare Center and direct them to appropriate resources based on their needs Coordinate and schedule sales consultation meetings efficiently Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere within the center Collaborate closely with the Center manager to support daily operations and provide regular reports to the corporate office Assist customers visiting the center for sales or support services Connect customers to relevant organizational resources when Medicare sales are not their primary purpose Create and update customer accounts within the CRM system accurately Manage customer expectations regarding wait times and provide alternative options when necessary Maintain adequate stock levels of sales collateral, refreshments, and supplies at the center Minimum Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or sales environment Special Requirements Ability to attend paid training programs including corporate orientation, online and classroom sales process training, and job shadowing Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience using CRM systems preferred Job Type: Contract Pay: $ $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
