Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide top-notch customer service Deliver exceptional quality food and beverages, promptly and safely, tailored to customer preferences Mentor and guide your team members to prioritize tasks and excel as a cohesive unit Ensure store products are well-stocked, organized, and readily available for customers Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas Qualifications: The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with the ability to assist lifting 40 pounds with another person. Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for specific tasks).
