Deliver quality food and beverages, tailored to customer specifications, in a safe and friendly manner. Inspire and coach your team to prioritize tasks and excel in their roles. Monitor in-store products to ensure they are well-stocked, merchandised, rotated, and accessible. Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas. Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple tasks, with physical capabilities including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds, as well as assisting in lifting 40 pounds. Must be 18 years of age or older (Note: VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
