Create culinary magic by preparing food and beverages to meet customer specifications efficiently and safely. Coach and mentor your team to prioritize tasks and excel as a collaborative unit. Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are ordered, well-displayed, rotated, and available for customers. Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas. Qualifications: Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, able to lift up to 20 pounds, and assist others in lifting up to 40 pounds. Must be 18 years of age or older (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
