Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Prepare high-quality food and beverages to meet exact customer specifications safely and efficiently. Guide and mentor team members in task prioritization and teamwork. Monitor inventory to ensure products are ordered, displayed, rotated, and readily available for customers. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including kitchen and dining areas. Qualifications: Ability to multitask, with capabilities for repeated bending, standing, and reaching, as well as the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting 40 pounds. Must be at least 18 years old (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
