Who We're Looking For We're hiring a Retail Sales Representative to support operations at one of our Winter Haven-area vape and smoke shop locations-Twist. This is an in-store position that focuses on customer service, product knowledge, compliance, merchandising, and sales. You'll be the face of Twist to our local customers—helping new and experienced buyers navigate our products, discover new items, and leave satisfied. While retail experience is preferred, you must have a strong working knowledge of the vape and smoke shop industry to be successful in this role. Key Responsibilities · Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a busy retail setting · Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage · Operate the register and manage POS transactions accurately · Maintain clean, organized product displays and ensure proper labeling · Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to management · Follow all ID verification and age compliance protocols · Assist with store opening/closing duties · Participate in occasional in-store promotions and product launches Required Qualifications & Education · Must be 21 years or older · High School Diploma or equivalent · Strong knowledge of vape, tobacco, and smoke shop products · Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills · Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends · Must pass a background check Preferred Skills & Education · Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service · Experience working in a vape, smoke, or specialty retail store · Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory tracking · Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Company Culture & Values At Twist, we value transparency, accountability, and momentum.
