Responsibilities
- Priority 1 - Lead project management for the proof-of-concept experiential store.
- With L&R functional leaders, agency partners, and local OU team leaders lead the overall project, workstream planning, and detailed timeline. Direct workstream leads and lean into workstream project plans to develop action items when needed.
- Track project budget and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as the main day to day main point of contact across the workstreams
- Lead 2-3 workstreams outlined below
- Support other workstream leaders to deliver their workstream identifying key dependencies and resolving competing timeline needs
- Maintain overall project board and task tracking
- Lead weekly project meetings and store result meetings
- Priority 2 - Lead design/construction/ operating agency management workstream relationship with agency that manages design, construction, consumer experience flow, instore visual merchandising, supply chain and ongoing operations of the store.
- Priority 3 - Manage with merchandising leader the merchandise logistics, POS setup and Analysis & Reporting.
- Priority 4 - Lead with external agency and retail operations team the can customization workstream including agency management and consumer end to end experience: Support workstream leaders with their project plans
