General Summary The Retail Store Manager is vital in leading our mission and values to cultivate a high-performing team that consistently drives sales growth. People: Recruit and retain a diverse and talented team. Process: Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and procedures. Use scheduling and task management tools to optimize associate performance and guest experience, while maintaining operational standards and protecting company assets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience. Proven success in financial management and inventory control. Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Skills: Proficient with technology and retail systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability. Special Requirements Full-time availability, including flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to close the store at least once weekly and attend corporate meetings, which may include travel. Working Conditions: Frequent computer and telephonic device use. Mobility throughout the store and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
