Do you have a passion for thrifting, a knack for managing teams, and a talent for boosting sales? Thrift World is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager in the Kansas City area. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from managing inventory and merchandise displays to providing exceptional customer service. If you have a sharp eye for trends, excellent communication skills, and a drive for success, we want to hear from you!

• Lead a team of 20-25 associates to achieve sales and production goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Recruiting, training, and development of team members
• Set and maintain staff schedules
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Meet weekly production goals
• Budgeting and payroll
• Daily banking requirements

• 1-3 years previous experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to motivate your team
