Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day operations of the retail store
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors
Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes
Drive store sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional execution
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and performance management
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance
Analyze store metrics and provide regular performance reports to leadership
