You’ll be the leader of the pack, creating a colourful and energetic store environment that delights kids, parents, and everyone in-between. With your passion for fun products and your love for inspiring teams, you’ll be driving sales, coaching your team, and spreading the Smiggle joy every day.
This Full-time  role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

Create rosters that keep the store running smoothly and ensure the team is always supported during those peak trading times! What You’ll Bring Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
Previous retail leadership experience.
Passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.
