Job Description: Join our team and take the lead in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. We offer best-in-class paid training to set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store, including merchandising and product launches.
Meet and exceed sales objectives and ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls as needed.
Our most successful Store Managers have:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Compensation & Benefits Retail Store Managers earn between $66,100 - $99,100 plus $24,000 in annual commissions when sales goals are met. Eligibility for sign-on bonus and payout schedule are described in the terms of the offer. Other rewards include a comprehensive benefits package.
