Your Role

As a Retail Store Manager, youll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. Youll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, youll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

Your Responsibilities Include

Inspiring your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service. Creating an environment where every employee can thrive and grow. Launching new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners. Training and developing your team to sell with confidence and knowledge. Ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer. Playing an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate. Handling administrative duties like compliance and reporting with ease.

Job Requirements

Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales) Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards. Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs. Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from the home store when needed. Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance.
