Key Responsibilities: Sales and Goals Achievement: Lead the charge in driving sales and profitability, ensuring our store meets or exceeds budgeted goals. Human Resources/Leadership Skills: Recruit, train, and motivate team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Store Operations: Oversee inventory control and expense management, ensuring efficient processes for merchandise handling and cash management. What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Merchandising is preferred. Five years of retail experience, with at least three years in a management role. Strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds and frequent reaching and bending. Why Join Us?
