The Retail Store Leader is responsible for managing all retail store operations, prioritizing quality and exceptional service to ensure customers have memorable experiences. This role involves people leadership, coaching, financial management, inventory oversight, loss prevention, safety compliance, and maintaining the store's appearance. What Your Role Entails Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling. Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals across various metrics, while ensuring compliance with regulations. Work closely with field leaders to ensure all technicians achieve SafeTech certification and maintain high-quality service through training and coaching. Offer guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance, document keeping, and collaborate with marketing to ensure effective material displays. Deliver world-class customer service by promptly addressing client complaints and warranty issues. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We Seek High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years of relevant leadership/supervisory experience preferred. Valid state-issued driver's license required. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with a focus on performance incentives. 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Professional appearance and adherence to safety equipment requirements. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. for short intervals, work at heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Benefit amounts are estimations only.
