Position Overview As a Key Holder, you will play an essential role in supporting our Store Leadership Team by delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your Responsibilities: Customer Focused: You will model and teach outstanding service, connecting with every customer to create memorable experiences. Drive Results: As an emerging leader, you will learn to maximize store productivity and create lasting guest relationships. Build Networks: Assist in building brand awareness through community initiatives and philanthropic efforts. Instill Trust: Ensure safety and compliance with all policies while maintaining asset protection standards. Communicate Effectively: Serve as a product expert and help guests make informed purchasing decisions. Nimble: Be adaptable, thriving in various store areas such as the Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House. Collaborate: Support your team behind the scenes to foster a positive environment and create exceptional guest experiences. Take Action: Proactively address any guest concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience. Display Courage: Set ambitious goals, provide ongoing feedback, and challenge yourself and others to achieve greatness. Minimum Requirements: Must be over the age of 18. Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach. Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation Information: The hourly pay for this role ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with a revenue sharing incentive of 0.5%. Salary may vary based on factors including the store's geographical location.
