You will strive to provide exceptional customer service while consistently meeting sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Establish and maintain productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mix and tint products to meet customer specifications. Restock shelves and create appealing displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries when necessary. Keep assigned areas organized and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Propose ideas to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for future employment visa status. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks; capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. If already employed at Sherwin-Williams, must have received a rating of at least meets expectations (3) on the most recent performance review. If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for the current position. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or delivery positions. Experience selling paint or related products. Prior experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
