AS A STORE ASSOCIATE, YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE: Delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving sales through exceptional customer service. Fostering guest loyalty by promoting and educating customers on credit and loyalty programs. Efficiently handling register operations and transactions. Receiving, unloading, and processing merchandise deliveries. Implementing store merchandising directions and maintaining product flow and inventory standards. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of both interior and exterior store areas. Utilizing company-standard software, systems, and procedures effectively. Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals. Adhering to safety standards at all times. Completing additional duties as assigned. WHAT WE SEEK IN A STORE ASSOCIATE: Preferably previous customer service experience. Strong verbal communication abilities. A collaborative spirit to work independently and with teams to solve problems and meet goals. A helpful attitude towards both guests and team members. Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step tasks. Experience with Zebra PDAs and POS systems is a plus. The flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to perform essential job functions with adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical capacity, with or without reasonable accommodations. Capability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 20 pounds regularly. Full body mobility including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching. Reliable transportation is necessary. If your role includes maintenance or receiving duties: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Capability to climb a 12-foot ladder for maintenance and merchandise display. Ability to reach at least 60 inches for stocking and maintaining merchandise.
