Overview

I'm looking for someone that can run a register and also has some experience restocking. The position is from Tuesday-Thursday and 8 hours a day. It does require describing the product which I will be teaching you along with how our inventory works. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Handle cash and manage cash registers with accuracy. Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate items. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked. Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels. Ensure shelves and hooks are never low or empty. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Provide bilingual support as needed to enhance customer experience. (bonus) Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling, basic math, and retail math concepts is essential. * Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. * Knowing how to place things symmetrically to give a nice look.
