Position Overview: As a Retail Store Ambassador, you will play a key role in enhancing customer shopping experiences and safeguarding store assets. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with their shopping needs, and supporting the Store Manager in various tasks to maintain store security and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, representing our company positively within the community. Maintain a high-profile presence in-store to promote excellent customer service and support asset protection initiatives. Assist the Store Manager with safety standards and controls, including tagging merchandise and facilitating vendor check-ins. Report and document any suspicious behaviors or incidents directly to the Store Manager. Conduct daily safety and security inspections and collaborate with the Store Manager to resolve issues. Support the Store Manager with delivery check-ins and monitor security systems. Assist with employee bag checks as necessary. Provide valuable feedback to district management regarding observations and store activities. Participate in ongoing training to enhance job knowledge and skills. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Position Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to understand and interpret policies and procedures. Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required. Experience: Customer-facing roles in retail, hospitality, or similar environments are preferred. Experience in loss prevention or security is a plus. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 55 lbs occasionally, along with frequent walking, standing, and bending. Availability: Open to working a flexible full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Skills: Strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication.
