How you will enjoy your day: Maintain daily warehouse operations and provide support to the Retail Warehouse Supervisor.

Work Performed:

1. Maintain and communicate the knowledge of new merchandise received to the stores.
2. Maintain your communication by answering emails and phone calls for both external and internal teams.
3. Accurately execute tasks to maintain inventory integrity, process shipments, tagging, and delivery of merchandise to appropriate outlet
4. Handles all Special orders incoming and outgoing orders.
5. Accurately handles Retail Department web sales and completes all ships out of sales.
6. Maintain file system for all shipping and receiving.
7. Communicate retail and office supply needs to Retail Warehouse Supervisor and Retail Manager
8. Keep Warehouse properly clean, organized and supplied.
9. Ensure stores are full and actively pull replenishments to the stores daily
10. Communicate to Retail Manager and Retail Warehouse Supervisor any replenishment needs in the warehouse.
11. Work as Sales Associate in the event the store as needed
12. Maintain proficiency at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and POS System
13. Other duties as assigned by Retail Warehouse and Retail Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

High school education or equivalent. Prior retail experience preferred. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written, verbal and computer skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Is proficient at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and POS system.
