Purpose of Role The Retail Stock Specialist plays a vital role in driving store sales and achieving key performance indicators. You will ensure an efficient flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, reporting directly to the Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include executing stockroom standard operating procedures and maintaining shipment processing standards. Your Impact Sales & Omni Effectively manage product flow to and from the sales floor. Fulfill omni-channel requests while adhering to UA processes and policies. Brand Image & Customer Experience Exemplify Under Armour's service culture and enhance customer expectations. Communicate brand messages clearly when assisting customers. Support Under Armour's visual standards to maximize merchandise presentation. Retail Operations Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, markdowns, and cycle counts. Ensure the stockroom adheres to SOPs to facilitate efficient merchandise handling. Follow processing guidelines for effective shipment management and report productivity to store leadership. Maintain safety standards both on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and report any unusual activity to management. Team Collaboration/Self Growth Work collaboratively with teammates to reach store goals. Take accountability for personal development and seek opportunities for growth. Qualifications Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and effective communication. Fluency in the local language. Proficiency in computer and technology usage. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented atmosphere. Requirements 0-3 months of experience in a sports/apparel retail environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Capable of handling and relocating products weighing up to 25 lbs/12kgs. Able to move around the store for extended periods with short breaks.
