Position Overview: As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in maximizing our sales potential by ensuring that merchandise flows seamlessly from our stockroom to the sales floor. Your responsibilities will involve adhering to our stockroom standard operating procedures and achieving the highest brand standards across all inventory management processes. Key Responsibilities: Achieve brand productivity targets for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising using available company resources. Maintain and uphold stockroom standard operating procedures to guarantee efficient handling and placement of merchandise, marketing fixtures, and visual props. Follow strict processing and placement guidelines for incoming shipments, and communicate productivity rates to store leadership. Support and comply with Todd Snyder's visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation on the sales floor. Collaborate with store leaders to ensure proper management of stock replenishment tasks including Fill the Floor, power closes, and merchandise adjustments. Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities and make adjustments in alignment with visual standards. Process markdowns and re-ticketing efficiently, keeping store leaders informed of compliance levels. Assist in stock transfers and manage damage processing in partnership with store leadership. Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with tasks or customer interactions as needed. Maintain high safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; report any safety concerns promptly. Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and promptly notify management of any suspicious activities. Understand and strictly follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Prior experience in stock management preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment. Open to receiving constructive feedback and taking appropriate action. Capable of standing and moving for extended periods, and handling products with physical tasks like reaching and bending. Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Physically capable of lifting cartons weighing up to 25 lbs. Proficient in using technology relevant to inventory management.
