Job Description Restock merchandise throughout the store Transport and clear cardboard and trash Maintain tidiness and efficiency in assigned areas Use systems/tools to support goods flow operations and data accuracy Follow all health, safety, and security procedures Support inventory routines to maintain stock accuracy Participate in action plans and daily goal-setting Collaborate with IKEA employees and communicate needs clearly Share knowledge and assist team members across departments Required Skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong sense of urgency and cleanliness Ability to work independently and within a team Access to a mobile device with internet capability Positive, customer-facing attitude when needed
