Join Bella Vita's newer Nashville boutique location in the heart of Green Hills and play a key role in keeping our sales floor looking beautiful and fully stocked. We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Retail Stock Assistant who thrives in a busy retail environment and loves staying active throughout the day.

About the Role:
In this position, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our luxury home décor, gifts, and lifestyle products are always floor-ready. You'll move between the store and our local warehouse, replenish displays, assist our visual team, and make sure the boutique looks picture-perfect for every customer. This is a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes role where organization and hustle matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock and merchandise products on the sales floor.

• Pull inventory from the nearby warehouse and transport it to the store.

• Assist the visual merchandising team with product placement.

• Maintain a clean, organized stock area and back room.

• Help set up and break down displays for seasonal changes and events.

• Support the sales team by ensuring best-sellers and core products are always available.

• Pitch in where needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail or stock assistant experience preferred.

• Comfortable being on your feet and lifting/moving products.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.

• Team player with a positive, "let's get it done" attitude.

• Able to adapt to the fast pace of a boutique environment.

Schedule:

• Typically 9:30 AM – 6 PM

• Full-time position based in our Green Hills location.
