As a Staff Pharmacist, you’ll play a key role in patient care, staff leadership, and pharmacy operations:

Core Responsibilities
  • Safely and accurately dispense prescribed medications in a retail setting

  • Conduct thorough Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and evaluate medication therapy

  • Communicate directly with physicians regarding prescriptions and therapy changes

  • Maintain accurate patient records and histories, including lab and medication data

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, including controlled substances

  • Lead and guide pharmacy technicians and retail staff

  • Participate in cost-saving and quality improvement initiatives (e.g., Cycle Fill, Pre-Pack, etc.)

  • Provide education and support to healthcare team members and facility staff

Clinical & Operational Excellence
  • Serve as a clinical resource for both internal team and external healthcare partners

  • Oversee documentation of patient interactions and physician communications

  • Support the implementation of pharmacy policies for safe storage, distribution, and disposal of medications

  • Help maintain a secure, ethical, and patient-centered environment

What You Bring
  • Pharmacy Degree (BS or PharmD required)

  • Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing

  • 3+ years of pharmacist experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory duties

  • Vaccination certification in the state of Wisconsin

  • Strong computer skills; RX30 or PioneerRx experience a plus

  • Passion for proactive healthcare and familiarity with nutraceuticals

  • Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills
