Position Summary: Take payment in exchange for merchandise, prepare espresso drinks for customers

Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Retail Shop Manager, Director of Skier and Rider Services Employees Supervised: None Inter-Relationships: Work closely with other retail shop staff and retail shop manager to better serve our guests Duties and Responsibilities: Keep accurate cash count Inventory merchandise and request re-orders from manager Operate a cash register Prepare espresso drinks Familiarize yourself with merchandise to better answer guest questions Demonstrate positive guest service at all times Keep work area clean & neatly organized at all times Additional duties may be assigned Requirements

Qualifications: Certification: none Experience: Minimum one year retail sales including cash register operation Other Requirements: Ability to relate in a positive manner to all guests and co-workers Environmental Factor: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time Continuous exposure to public Frequent lifting of items weighing 40 Lbs. or more Frequent overhead lifting of items weighing 20 Lbs. or more Guest facing position Values Implementation: Always responds to guests' needs Seeks ways to improve guest service Takes pride in knowing that 49 North is a quality ski resort - The most affordable, friendly family ski area in the region

Salary Description

$17 - $17.75 / hour
