As a Retail Shift Supervisor (Café/Coffee), you'll lead by example and inspire your team to deliver legendary customer service. You'll help create a welcoming environment, ensure smooth daily operations, and support baristas in crafting high quality beverages and experiences.

Retail Shift Supervisor (Café/Coffee) Job Summary: 2 nd shift 1pm-8:30pm $18-$23/hr depending on experience Temp to hire Retail Shift Supervisor (Café/Coffee) Duties: Lead shifts and delegate tasks to ensure efficient store operations Support and coach baristas to uphold company standards Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently and professionally Monitor inventory, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards Open and close the store following company procedures Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards Foster a positive team culture and motivate others to succeed Retail Shift Supervisor (Café/Coffee) Qualifications: Previous supervision experience in retail, food service, or hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast paced environment Passion for coffee and customer service Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
