Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations. Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment. 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership. 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations. 1+ year of training and/or developing teams. Ability to work various shifts. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
