Position Overview As a Retail Shift Leader, you will support the Store Leadership Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving key store operations. You'll assist with daily activities, provide valuable input on team development, and embody the Kendra Scott culture. Join us in our journey as we prepare to open our new store in August 2025! Your Responsibilities Customer Focused: Model and teach extraordinary service, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to. Drive Results: As an emerging leader, you will learn to enhance sales and maximize store productivity. Display Courage: Set clear goals and provide constructive feedback to encourage team growth and success. Minimum Requirements Must be over the age of 18. Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. Capability to bend, squat, twist, and reach. Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift. Flexible schedule availability for business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
