Retail Service Coordinator Join our dynamic team as a Retail Service Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and supporting the overall success of our retail operations. In this position, you'll assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers by leading our dedicated team in sales, customer service, and ensuring our store shines with a welcoming appearance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities Guide and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service to both retail and professional clients. Oversee customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring execution of customer service initiatives and programs. Answer phone calls according to company guidelines to maintain effective communication. Manage timely processing of online orders, store transfers, and communications with customers regarding order arrivals. Handle special orders and outside purchases following established procedures. Efficiently process retail customer returns and exchanges while ensuring accurate refunds and proper management of returned merchandise. Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is billed properly before leaving the store. Communicate important messages, delegate merchandising tasks, and ensure their completion. Ensure team adherence to work schedules and manage any necessary deviations with managerial approval. Carry out all opening and closing store duties, including securing money deposits according to company policies and ensuring the security of the store. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Excellent communication skills. Able to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred: Experience in retail sales, especially in auto parts. Familiarity with automotive systems and repair. ASE Certification. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive wages and paid time off.
