: "> As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences to all individuals who interact with us. Your consultative skills will enable you to anticipate and meet customer needs, suggesting alternatives and finding solutions to their problems. You will be knowledgeable about our business, including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping services. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, coordinate activities in the store, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services. Key Responsibilities include: managing retail supplies, operating and maintaining various equipment, moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, managing complex projects, and completing assigned tasks based on priority. Additionally, you will follow instructions from supervisors, assist other team members in performing store functions, and assist in the training of new team members.
